Kota: The Delhi-Mumbai Greenfield Expressway which is undergoing construction witnessed a car-crash of 2 persons who died instantly following a collision with the divider on the late night of Wednesday in Lakheri Police Station area of Bundi district.

As people breach the barriers wherein the stretch is not open to traffic, and construction material is strewn over the road, the public still break rules and drive in these areas, SHO at Lakheri police station, Subhash Sharma stated.

Dhirendra Kumar Saxena, 43, and Narendra Singh Jadon, 28, of Kota were identified as the deceased and were driving to Hathras in UP. The bodies were retrieved from the car, while the front of the car was fully destroyed.  They were rushed to the Community Health Centre, Lakheri and were declared brought dead, he stated.
