Condemning the horrific terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge criticized the Modi government’s handling of national security. Kharge stated that the goverz`nment’s boasts of strength have proven hollow, as evidenced by the continued terror attacks in the Union Territory. He highlighted that the attack, which claimed ten lives, occurred while Modi and the NDA government were being sworn in for their third term. Kharge called the attack a “deliberate affront” to national security.
Rahul Gandhi also commented on the incident, describing it as the “true picture of the worrying security situation” in Jammu and Kashmir. He emphasized that the country stands united against terrorism.
