A 21-year-old guy attempted to jump from the 14th story of a tower at Supertech Capetown Society in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, but two residents acted quickly to save his life. The entire incident was captured on tape, and it is now going viral on social media.
A man in mental turmoil allegedly attempted suicide by jumping off the 14th floor when people from the floor below noticed him and hurried up the stairs to rescue him to safety.
The event occurred in the Supertech Capetown Society in Noida Sector 74.
The incident was captured on film, and the man is seen dangling by his hands from the 14th floor balcony. Two individuals on the floor beneath him saw him and hurried up the stairs.
The video then shows two men approaching from behind and pulling him to safety, preventing a disaster. Police arrived at the scene shortly after the incident was reported.
According to Live Hindustan, the person in the viral video suffers from a mental ailment. The police further stated that the man previously lived in Noida sector 41 and had lately relocated with his family.
The individual was mentally ill and had arrived at Supertech Capetown on the day of the incident without alerting his parents, then attempted suicide.
The incident was reported to the police about 10:30 a.m.
When the police arrived, they were informed of the man’s mental state and that he is currently being treated for his illness. His relatives returned him to his house after checking his health.
Authorities stated that the matter is under control, and no more action was taken in the case.
