Kerala garnered significant interest for investments totaling approximately ₹1.53 lakh crore during the recently held Investor Kerala Global Summit (IKGS) in Kochi. On Sunday, Kerala Minister P Rajeeve stated that the effective use of technology could lead to reduced working hours, emphasizing that working less can yield greater results. “By working less, you will achieve more; this is the essence of technology utilization,” P Rajeeve said. He further clarified that there would be no alterations to the existing laws in Kerala. This initiative aligns with the ongoing efforts of the state’s ruling Left Democratic Front (LDF) government, which has been in power for nearly nine consecutive years, to promote Kerala as a viable investment hub. The government has asserted that it has streamlined procedures to eliminate bureaucratic hurdles.
