Pregnant Doctor Assaulted at Government Hospital in Eluru

In a troubling incident late Sunday, a pregnant doctor on duty at Government General Hospital in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, was reportedly attacked by a man accompanying patients.

The assailant fled the scene when hospital security staff intervened. Despite the quick response from security, the perpetrator remains at large.

The doctor, who has since filed a police complaint, claims that no action has been taken by authorities in response to the incident.
