Angola is expected to offer 31 cargoes in September, the lowest number planned in five months, according to a preliminary programme shared by a trader.
The amount is lower than the 34 cargoes scheduled in the August programme.
The Forcados stream had yet to resume loading after a potential oil leak prompted operator SHEL.L to pause operations there early last week, a trader said.
In a sign of a strengthening Nigerian market, offers for Nigerian light sweet crude were coming in above dated Brent plus $2 for Bonny Light. Sellers were asking for dated Brent plus $3 for Qua Iboe, higher than previously heard on Monday, a trader said.
